Condition
Unframed.The panel is slightly bowed and a vertical split at lower right quadrant has been reinforced on the reverse with glued canvas. The glossy varnish is soiled and yellowed, and with a sticky substance at upper left. There is a chip in the panel in the lower half of the left edge. There is also wear to the lower right corner and some minor scratches along all edges. Under UV light: the inpainting along the split at right edge are visible, however, touch-ups to the body and some to the nose are no longer fluorescing. There are a few other small touches to the background at lower left. Additional images available upon request.
